Free Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Additional fees may be charged to the customer after order confirmation.
• A $200 surcharge applies to all remote areas.
• Staircase fee: A $120 surcharge is applied per floor (more than 3 steps is considered one floor).
• Free shipping for purchases over $3000 only waives the $200 standard shipping fee (surcharges will be billed separately).
• All the above fees exclude installation or any handling outside of this specific order.
